Jose is our Representative – US & European Markets with over 25 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance and operations management within a high-growth, turnaround and mature organizations. Ten (10) years of which were involved in the building-up and managing of sports betting companies in East Africa. Delivered strong and sustainable operating, financial and service gains through expertise in systems design/implementation, standardization, workflow optimization and long-range planning. Demonstrated ability to streamline business operation that drive growth, and increase efficiency and bottom-line profit. Equally effective in capturing cost reductions through process redesign and performance management. Formulated and successfully implemented various franchising strategies. Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills. Advance knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
