Mr. Najib Balinda is one of our Co-Founders with over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry having held multiple positions throughout his career with different companies in the industry from Business Development Manager at Soft Construct Group, Business Development Manager Africa at Genius Sports Group, Head of Business Development at Globalbet Virtual Sports, Sales and Marketing Manager at Fortebet Uganda, Sales Operations Manager at Pasha Global Group, Operations Manager at Bigwin casino, Sports betting and slot club among others.

He has very extensive experience and expertise in Business development, sales, marketing, and advertising in the igaming industry, both B2B & B2C facets across online and land-based, with a proven track record of successes across all companies he has worked for in his career.

In addition, he has experience from different gaming markets, having worked in four different jurisdictions in Africa, i.e., Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana. More to this, he has carried out marketing & advertisement campaigns, and business developments, and participated in operations set up in different countries, too outside and within Africa, for specified periods of time, e.g., Nigeria, Ethiopia, Suriname, South Africa, UK, Trinidad & Tobago, and Guyana.
